Eco Icons - Anti-freeze, optimum flow, non-toxic,renewable, corrosion control, quality assured, biodegradeable

	Anti-Freeze Products marked with the Anti-Freeze icon contain chemicals that depress the freezing point of aqueous mixtures, between 0°C and -60°C depending on dilution. Please refer to the individual Product Data Sheets or contact us for more information.
	Optimum Flow Products marked with the Optimum Flow icon have improved heat transfer characteristics. Including lower Dynamic Viscosity and higher Specific Heat. For detailed comparison please refer to the Fluid Performance Chart.
	Non Toxic Products marked with the Non-Toxic icon have an LD50 toxicity rating (Oral Rat) of ≥15,000 mg/kg of body weight (bw) = “Relatively Harmless”. As confirmed by the Hodge & Sterner Scale. The exact LD50 rating is detailed in the product Safety Data Sheets.
	Renewable Products marked with the Renewable icon are manufactured using a blend of refined vegetable extracts. I.E. they do not contain any crude oil derived or synthetic constituents.
	Corrosion Control Products marked with the Corrosion Control icon have been tested in accordance with BS5117 procedures and found to meet BS6580 corrosion limits for carbon and stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminium and cast iron. I.E. those metals commonly found in heating and cooling systems.
	Quality Assured Products marked with the Quality Assured icon have been manufactured in accordance with Quality Management Systems that meet ISO9001.2008 standards. I.E. Hydratech is ISO9001 certified .
	Biodegradeable Products marked with the Bio-Degradeable icon are capable of being decomposed in to constituent elements by natural processes. I.E. The product will not remain in the environment after it has been broken down. The approximate time of decomposition is detailed in the product Safety Data Sheets.
